There is nothing to ship. lofispot cloud arrives on your account, in the room.

The short version
- lofispot cloud is digital: nothing is posted and there are no delivery charges.
- It switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- It works on every device where you sign in with the same Google account.
What you receive
lofispot cloud is a setting on your lofispot account, which the about page describes. lofispot sells no physical goods, so nothing is shipped, posted or collected, and there is nothing to pay for delivery.
When it arrives
When you pay, Dodo Payments’ secure checkout sends you back to lofispot, and lofispot cloud switches on as soon as Dodo Payments confirms the payment: usually within seconds, at most a few minutes. If your bank takes longer to confirm, lofispot cloud switches on by itself once it does; you don’t need to pay again.
Where it works
lofispot cloud belongs to the Google account you bought it with. Sign in with that account on your laptop, your phone or any browser, and it is there.
If it hasn’t arrived
First check that you are signed in with the same Google account you paid with. If lofispot cloud still isn’t on 15 minutes after paying, write to us with your payment number (it starts with pay_ and is on the receipt from Dodo Payments). We will switch it on, or refund you in full.
